HOW IT WORKS

From voice-over to visuals in three steps

01
Paste your script

Paste your timestamped transcript and hit "Split into lines". Every line becomes a variation, every timestamp becomes a filename.

02
Set up your prompt

Place the {VARYASYON} tag inside your base prompt, then check the outgoing prompts in the preview.

03
Start it

Log in to ChatGPT in the browser Playwright opens, then start. Images are generated one by one and you follow progress in the run log.

0_27 → 0:10–0:27

Filenames carry your edit timeline: show each image from the previous cut-off up to the time in its own name, and it stays in sync with the audio.

The live run log shows the status of every line; pause, resume or stop.

your own account

Playwright opens a browser on your computer; generation happens there, with your own ChatGPT account. Your session and your limits stay yours.

AI agent prompt
Clone the https://github.com/firatcihan/biVaryasyon repo into my home directory and run it:
1. git clone https://github.com/firatcihan/biVaryasyon.git
2. Enter the project folder.
3. Check that Node 20+ and yarn are installed; if not, tell me how to install them on this machine and stop.
4. yarn install
5. yarn playwright install chromium
6. yarn start (this command keeps the server running; run it in the background)
7. Give me the http://127.0.0.1:PORT/?t=... address printed in the terminal.
Do not change anything in the code. If a step fails, print the error verbatim and stop.
